JONATHAN CORNISH - Co-Founder, New Business Development
Jonathan is accountable for developing new business opportunities as well as introducing new developments to expansive retail markets. Outside of work, he’s an avid foodie who loves experiencing new foods and wines while traveling the world. Jonathan is happily married to his childhood sweetheart and has two children who he absolutely adores. He has a passion for sports, particularly squash and golf.
MICHAEL CORNISH - Co-Founder, New Business Development
Michael is responsible for new business development within existing and potential customer areas. If Michael had his way, there would be no paper in the office and everything would exist in the cloud. He loves technology, productive systems and Microsoft Excel. When not on an airplane or in front of a computer, he can be found with his wife and daughter or in his workshop. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.
CHRISTOPHER CORNISH - Project Manager
Christopher has worked diligently in the Project Management field for the last five years. As organization has always been his strength, he has been responsible for more than 500 on-time product launches. He is well-versed in managing critical paths, and has a thorough understanding of food legislation in South Africa, the UK and Canada. He is a passionate foodie, enjoys the travelling component that comes along with his position, and is an avid tennis player. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
YANINA ALBORNOZ - Food Technologist
With a master’s degree in food science from Texas A&M University, a culinary arts degree from Baltimore International College (Stratford University), and more than 18 years in the food industry, Yanina brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience to the position. Her industry experience includes holding major positions within large corporations while representing both suppliers and customer interests. Yanina fully understands the product development process from start to finish. She is zealous about food science and enjoys culinary creativity, fusion, and diversity, and believes that a chef with a science background has a longer shelf-life. Her other interests include keeping up with her two children, Zumba and scrapbooking.
LUIS FERNANDEZ - Office Administration
Luis is a fervent foodie with a culinary palate originating from the Dominican Republic. He holds the office titles for both largest appetite and best physique. On a typical day, you will hear from him regarding QA releases, customer queries, courier paperwork or any administrative tasks. Luis holds a bachelors in computer engineering from DeVry University.
ISIS DORADO - Supply Chain & Logistics
Isis has nearly a decade of experience in logistics. Her career began at Seaboard Marine, an ocean carrier operating a fleet of more than 30 vessels, serving over 35 ports, in 25 countries. While there, she learned the regulations surrounding maritime operations and ocean exports. At CTG, she manages all of our supply chain requirements including everything from domestic trucking to LTL to full load orders destined for the UK, South Africa and Canada. Isis holds a bachelor's degree in computer imaging and photography, as well as a master’s in architecture.
ANTHONY RAYBURN - Systems
Anthony is our good food champion, citizen of the world, novice art collector and enthusiast of all things antique. He is detail-oriented and is always seeking a creative solution to everyday challenges. He is responsible for keeping our customers' shelves stocked and helps to feed the world one store at a time. Anthony's major from Florida Atlantic University is in international business and trade.
QUAN CHHIENG - Financial Controller
Quan is a seasoned finance and operations professional who joined CTG after a decade of working for two of the world's largest retailers—Dallas based 7-Eleven, Inc. which operates more than 54,000 stores around the globe, and for Wal-Mart where he held a logistic management role that oversaw the supply chain for stores all over the southwestern United States. Quan earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Arizona State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University.
LIZETE KARAGEORGIADES - Strategic Account Manager
Lizete is a procurement professional with more than 20 years of sourcing experience across the mining, liquor, banking and FMCG industries. She serves as our eyes and ears in an account management role based at Woolworths, one of our South African based retail clients. With her action-oriented, personable style, she is tasked with relationship management as well as providing on the ground support to the various CTG teams spanning everything from supply chain to planning to finance. Lizete earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Witwatersrand. Her passions are traveling and interior design.
KRISTIN ARROWSMITH - Planning & Inventory Management
Kristin is in charge of planning, processing orders, as well as facilitating an exemplary customer service experience. Kristin appreciates the processes involved in bringing quality foods to customer’s shelves around the world, and will strive to promote a seamless process for both suppliers and retailers. Kristin is passionate about healthy food, nutrition, and athletics. She is an avid tennis player and coach.
SHERRI JONES - Director of New Business Development
Sherri has recently joined CTG and brings 20+ years of experience in the CPG industry with a strong focus on Healthier for You Foods within the US and Canadian Markets. Sherri tracks emerging trends and has proven expertise in partnering with retailers to commercialize private label projects from concept to shelf. She is the proud mother of 2 teenage girls who often volunteer to sample all food products before they hit the shelf!
EMILY ROTH - Food Technologist Assistant
Emily categorizes herself as a scientist, adventurer, and a food lover. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science. She came to CTG after building several years of experience in product development with large food companies and major US brands. She is passionate about the food and agricultural industries, and loves to see and experience all aspects of both whether through travel, gardening, at-home food experiments, or eating new things. She believes that constant learning and a willingness to adapt are keys to success and happiness.
