Description:

Cor Tech Group US LLC is currently hiring an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in Sunrise, Florida. This candidate will be hands on in processing payroll, accounts payable, cash management and general ledger entries as well as other accounting functions. The ideal candidate must be extremely detail oriented, organized and capable of handling the accounting duties required.

The main responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.

  • Books journal entries.

  • Manages AP & AR process.

  • Completes account reconciliations.

  • Provide variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.

  • Prepare financial statements and analytical reports.

  • Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and support effective and efficient annual financial and bank audits.

  • Perform all customer collection duties.

  • Work effectively with internal IT Department to continually automate and upgrade the company’s financial reporting package.

  • Processing of payroll.

  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior accounting experience.

  • High integrity with attention to policy adherence, detail, accuracy and timeliness.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems with a preference for Netsuite and Quickbooks familiarity.

  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
